Any problems and controversy related to products guarantee, delivery, and service promise can be adjust or solve by the standard service and sales negotiation promised by Full Most Mall.  If the problem could not be solved by negotiating, customers could complain to Consumer Protection Commission or go through the legal procedure according to laws and regulations of R.O.C.

Validity:

All trade clauses apply to products sale and service which Full Most Mall provides to you in this website.  Any clause revise will be published instantly on the website.

Full Most Mall has right to the limit of order amount or countermand any contract when there is any obvious mistake order or out of stock.

Price & Product status

The price and condition of products are marked after each photo on the website.  Full Most Mall has rights to revise the information of products without inform in advance.  (We will do our best to assure the information accuracy). If the price hikes up after your order, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone, and you can decide to keep the order or not.

Delivery

Please fill out your delivery information (address and receiver) clearly and detailed as possible as you can.  Your order will be arranged and delivered to you as soon as possible. 

The freight is according to the size and weight of products.  If the buying amount doesn’t reach discount level, the buyers have to pay for the delivery. (Click here for reference).  Small package is mainly in Taiwan’s logistics at present.

** Customers can assign the freight transport; however, the freight will be paid by customers. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of Republic of China is applied to the contract between you and Full Most Mall, and all the dispute will resorted to Taiwan Taipei District Court.

Avoidance of clause and its condition

In case of some clauses and parts of its condition can be carried out due to any reasons, the validity of other clauses would not be influenced.
