Maintenance & replacement During the guarantee period, if there is any quality problems cause by non-human factor (Human factor: fall down, or immerse in the water) as below we will replace or maintain the products for free and deliver with next order. a. diamond missing b. chain is not continuous c. function accessories are not workable, ex: buckle d. color changed e. damage obviously on goods surface
Q: Could wholesales customers replace/return the purchase? A: We guarantee the quality of our product, and all products photos were taken from actual products. We reserve the rights of replacing/returning product except the situations as below: 1. Wholesale customers would be responsible for the cost, moreover, could not request for probation period and return/replace the products except the quality problems (blemish products should be replaced within 7 days). 2. Chrominance cause by color adjust of monitor is not include the guarantee. 3. Return/replace request by the subjectively reason is not include.
